  7. TSFAQN is a collection of frequently asked questions in  the  UseNet
  8. news,  and my answers to these questions. Comments, corrections, and
  9. additions are solicited.

  11. This package may be used and distributed freely for  NON-COMMERCIAL,
  12. NON-INSTITUTIONAL,  PRIVATE  purposes, provided it is not changed in
  13. any way. (Repacking with another method  is  ok,  though.)  For  ANY
  14. other  usage please contact the author. Uploading to bulletin boards
  15. is encouraged. Please do not distribute any  part  of  this  package
  16. separately.
